Nettlecombe Oaks

I feel very fortunate to have been asked by the Exmoor Magazine to follow the Nettlecombe oaks over the eight months that these images cover. From the collection of the acorns, and the leaves dropping and reappearing again after the frost of December turned the oaks a magical white; to finishing in the heat of a June day, strolling through a wild flower meadow to find trees thick with green, providing shade in which to sit and think back over the previous months on the estate.
